How do I get from your car park to my terminal?
At both Heathrow and Gatwick, we provide a courtesy coach transfer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to and from our car parks and all terminals (excluding Gatwick North Terminal for which you can catch the Inter Terminal Transfer (monorail) Service from the South Terminal).
Numerous bus stops are strategically located within our car parks.

Our Parking Express coaches will pick you up from Bus Stop 3 outside of the Arrivals Concourse on the Ground Floor.
Our Parking Express coaches will pick you up from Bus Stop 6 outside of the Arrivals Concourse on the Ground Floor.
Our Parking Express coaches will pick you up from Bus Stop 17 outside of the Arrivals Concourse on the Ground Floor.
Our Parking Express coaches will pick you up from Bus Stop 3 outside of the Arrivals Concourse on the Ground Floor.
Follow signs to "Courtesy Coaches" and then "Long Term Parking Buses". Our coaches will then pick you up from the Parking Express (or Summer Special) Bus Stops on the Lower Forecourt. Please ensure that the coach you take is going to the car park/ zone that you require.
Take the Inter Terminal Transfer (monorail) Service to the South Terminal. Once at the South Terminal, follow signs to "Courtesy Coaches" and then "Long Term Parking Buses". Our coaches will then pick you up from the Parking Express/ Summer Special Bus Stop on the Lower Forecourt. Please ensure that the coach you take is going to the car park/ zone that you require.
Please tell the coach driver where you parked your car (i.e. Zone E, Bus Stop 3) so that he/ she can miss out those bus stops not required.
Heathrow
Between 5am-11.30pm our coaches are scheduled to collect passengers at 8-10 minute intervals for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. A separate service operates every 12 minutes for Terminal 4.
Outside of these hours we provide an "on request" service. Requests for coaches can be made via the clearly signed yellow help phones that are located on the terminal forecourts or through the Customer Service Intercom points in our car park bus stops.

Gatwick
Parking Express
Our coaches will pick you up within 10 minutes from one of the bus stops in our car park or from the South Terminal itself.
Summer Special
Coaches to and from the Summer Special car park and the South Terminal run every 20 minutes.
Should it be required, from the South Terminal you can catch the Inter Terminal Transit (monorail) Service to the North Terminal trains for which are every 3 minutes, the journey time between terminals being 2 minutes.

How long is the transfer time to the terminals?
Heathrow
Subject to traffic conditions, transfer times from the car park are normally as follows:
Terminal 1-8 minutes
Terminal 2-12 minutes
Terminal 3-15 minutes
Terminal 4-less than 10 minutes
Gatwick
Parking Express
Our coaches will transfer you to and from the South Terminal within 7 minutes in normal traffic.
Summer Special
Our coaches will transfer you to and from the South Terminal within 7-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
Should it be required, from the South Terminal you can then catch the Inter Terminal Transit (monorail) Service to the North Terminal trains for which are every 3 minutes, the journey time between terminals being 2 minutes.

Our coaches will pick you up within 10 minutes from one of the bus stops situated within the car park’s designated parking zones. For information on catching a coach from your terminal back to the car park, please click on this link.
Summer Special
Our coaches will pick you up within 20 minutes from the bus stop beside the Reception Office.
Are the terminals within walking distance?
Heathrow
No, the terminals are not within walking distance.
Gatwick
South Terminal is within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes), but we would recommend that you catch one of our courtesy coaches, especially if you have luggage with you. The North Terminal is not within walking distance.
