What level of security do you have at your car parks?

Our car parks are monitored 24 hours a day via a comprehensive network of CCTV cameras. Frequent, mobile patrols of the car parks are also carried out by our Security Officers. Our car parks are also enclosed by security fencing.

Our Gatwick car parks have been awarded the Secured Car Park Award-an award issued by the Association of Chief Police Officers in recognition of a company’s efforts to minimise the incidence of crime.

 

 

Are your car parks under cover?

No, our car parks are in the open. Please note however, that all our car parks have high quality surfaces, lining and signage and are enclosed by security fencing.

 

Do you offer free jump starts?

Yes. You can request a jump start by using one of the car park’s Customer Service Intercom points (located in each bus stop and on all entry/ exit machines) or by visiting the Customer Service Office.

Please note however, that you will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to us jump starting your vehicle.

 

 

Are there any dedicated parking spaces for disabled customers?

Yes. We have a number of dedicated disabled parking spaces located throughout our car parks. Please press a Customer Service Intercom point on one of the ticket dispenser machines at entry to be directed to our disabled parking spaces.

Please note that bus stops with disabled parking bays nearby have ramps for ease of access. Our coaches are also designed to accommodate wheelchair access.
