What do I need to bring with me to gain access to the car park?
You need to bring a printed-off copy of your confirmation email or just a note of your booking reference number.
What do I do when I arrive at the car park?
Drive up to any entrance barrier and press the green button on the ticket dispenser to request a ticket. Your vehicle’s licence plate will automatically be read and our system will check to see whether you are a recognised pre-book customer (which should take a matter of seconds).
If your vehicle’s registration number is found on our system, the ticket dispenser will issue you a ticket with your booking reference number printed on it. Take this ticket and keep it with you while you are away.
If your vehicle’s registration number is not found on our system, the ticket dispenser will still issue you with a ticket, but you will find that your booking reference number will not be printed on it. (Please note that if this does occur, it is not a problem. It merely means that you must visit our Customer Service Office on the return leg of your journey only, prior to your exit and one of our Receptionists will manually process your ticket for exit.)
The barrier will then open and you can proceed to find a parking space within a zone that you will be directed to. Park your vehicle (unless your vehicle is being parked by a member of our staff) and keep your parking ticket with you whilst you are away. Take one of our coaches to your terminal.
N.B. You might like to note down details of your parking location on the back of your parking ticket.
What do I do on my return to your car park?
Firstly, please check to see whether your booking reference number is printed on the parking ticket that was issued to you when you entered the car park.
If your booking number is printed on your parking ticket then proceed to any exit barrier, insert your ticket into the ticket slot and (provided that you have not overstayed your pre-booked period) you will be allowed to automatically exit the car park.
If your booking number is not printed on your parking ticket please drive to and park in the Customer Service Area near the exit barriers. Please then walk to our Customer Service desk and quote your booking reference number to one of our Receptionists, who will manually process your ticket for exit.

Will staff be available to help me if I experience any difficulties in entering or exiting your car park?
Yes. Our members of staff patrolling the car parks will be willing and able to advise/ help you regarding any aspect of your parking.
Customer Service Intercom points are also located in each bus stop and on all entry/ exit machines. The Customer Service Intercoms are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by our Customer Service Advisors.
