What should I expect to receive?
Having made your booking via this web site, a confirmation screen will pop up to confirm that your booking has been successfully received and that payment has been made. The confirmation screen will also display your booking reference number. A short time later (not longer than 24 hours), we will send you an e-mail reconfirming all the details of your booking. Please either note down or print off your booking reference number and bring it with you to the car park.
Please note that if you do not receive a booking reference number (either on the confirmation screen or by e-mail) then you should assume that your booking has not been correctly registered on to our system. If this happens, you should contact us on 0871 222 0 222 to ensure that your booking is properly registered.
Will you send me a written confirmation or receipt for my booking?
As a rule, you will not receive any written correspondence through the post regarding your booking.
You may however, request that we post you a VAT receipt for your purchase, by phoning our booking line number 0871 222 0 222.
Should I phone to confirm my booking?
No, there is no need for you to phone to confirm your booking. The fact that you’ve been assigned a booking reference number means that your booking has been successfully registered on to our system.
