Will I get a discount if I pre-book?
Subject to your length of stay and space availability you may enjoy a discount on the normal turn up and park rate ("gate price"). The amount of this discount will automatically be displayed when you get a quote through this web site.
Will I be guaranteed a parking space if I pre-book?
Our vehicle management system guarantees that spaces will be available in the car park for those customers who have pre-booked. Please note however, that pre-booking does not entitle you to your own dedicated parking space within the car park. You should simply drive into the car park, find a parking space (unless your vehicle is being parked by a member of our staff) within the zone indicated at the car park entrance, lock your vehicle and take your car keys and parking ticket with you.
Please note that during peak periods, when all available pre-booking spaces have been allocated, we will cease taking any further pre-bookings. However, in these circumstances you can still turn up and park and we will always find you a parking space, but you should allow a little more time in case you are diverted to an alternative car park.
Will I have to leave my car keys with you at the car park?
In the majority of instances you can simply drive into the car park, find a parking space (within the zone indicated at the car park entrance), lock your vehicle and take your car keys and parking ticket with you.
During peak periods however, in order to maximise the available parking spaces, you may be asked to leave your car keys with us so that a member of our staff can park your vehicle.
Should this occur, on returning to the car park you should go to our Reception Office. Your keys will be returned to you and you will find your vehicle parked in a bay close to the Reception Office. If you pre-book under the Summer Special offer at Gatwick, then in all instances your vehicle will be parked by a member of our staff.
How soon in advance do you have to pre-book?
Providing spaces are available, you can leave your pre-booking until (but not less than) 24 hours in advance of your stay. Pre-bookings will not be taken for periods further than 12 months in advance of today’s date, as prices are subject to change.
Is there any minimum or maximum length of stay?
Heathrow
Generally, 8 days is the minimum length of stay for pre-bookings. However, Heathrow also offers a weekend pre-booking deal for stays of 3-5 days, provided that a Saturday is included. There is no maximum length of stay.
Gatwick
Parking Express
There is no minimum length of stay for pre-bookings. There is no maximum length of stay.
Summer Special
There is a minimum length of stay of 5 days for pre-bookings.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and Delta. We are unable to accept Solo or Electron cards and cheques for bookings.
What is the "Summer Special" offer at Gatwick?
This is a cheaper rate parking "product" that we offer at Gatwick only, and which actually runs for most of the year. If this product is displayed when you request a quote for parking at Gatwick, then the Summer Special offer will be in operation.
If you pre-book as a Summer Special customer, you should drive to the North Terminal roundabout and then follow signs to the "Summer Special" car park, where you will be required to hand over your car keys to a member of our staff for them to carefully park your vehicle.
Please note that coaches from the Summer Special car park run every 20 minutes to and from the South Terminal only-the journey time being 7-10 minutes. The Summer Special bus stop (at the South Terminal) is located on your left as you exit the terminal building on to the Lower Forecourt.

What happens if I pre-book but then change my travel plans?
You can apply for a refund. You will qualify for a full refund providing your amendment or cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the point of entry to the car park as specified in your booking - refunds cannot be given after this point. If you’re aware that you are going to arrive in a vehicle with a different licence plate to the one registered when making your booking (or if you didn’t supply a vehicle registration number when originally booking, but you now want to supply one), then simply call our booking line number (0871 222 0 222) at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of your pre-booking period and our staff will make the necessary changes.
In all other circumstances, if you arrive in a vehicle with a licence plate that is unknown to our system, you will find that your booking reference number will not be printed on the parking ticket that you pull at the entrance barrier. You will consequently have to go to our Customer Service Office on the return leg of you journey only and quote your booking reference number, in order to exit the car park without incurring charges at the turn up and park ("gate") rate.
What happens if I overstay my pre-booked period?
Should you overstay your pre-booked period, if you were recognised as a pre-book customer on entry you can pay at the exit barrier for any extra days at the daily gate rate by credit/ debit card, otherwise you must go to our Customer Service Office to pay the outstanding balance.
